I have two different Essential Indoor 2nd Gen cameras that display only white. They both worked for a few days, and then started showing only white. I've tried powering off and on but it does not help. What can I tweak or try on these to get them to display live video again?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling them? Have you adjusted the brightness control in the camera's Video settings? Is this during the day with color recordings or at night when the IR LEDs are used for illumination?

I have tried removing and re-adding. I've not tried the brightness control because both of these devices were working fine, and now they are pure white, like zero detail in the picture. It happens at all times of day and night.
