    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Essential outdoor w/spotlight is malfunctioning.&amp;nbsp; Spent well over an hour with tech support and they're requesting the receipt.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what email address your confirmation/receipt came FROM?&amp;nbsp; I have all the emails with the quick start guide etc, but cannot find any email from Arlo with my purchase confirmation.&amp;nbsp; I even know the date of purchase as I bought direct and it's on my CC.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
