Side porch camera not working

I have 4 cameras hooked up, however my 4th camera named side porch is not working

Need all details. What have you tried and what do you see? Has it ever worked? If you swap cameras around doe is stay with the location or camera?

charged the battery turned the router off and on signal blinks a blue light. camera worked until i called att because i was no longer getting internet connection. att technician got the internet working however my camers cannot pick up the signal

Is just one camera not working? Or all of them?

Did the att tech change the network name or the network password on the router?

Are you able to log into the router's web ui?
