    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 wire-free cameras newly set up. If someone is at any one of them and I try to talk to them, I can hear them but they can't hear me. Checked settings on app and Samsung Android phone and all seems right. Can't find any troubleshooting instructions for this, and haven't bought a plan, so can't call Customer Service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To be clear, the phone setting for the app include the permission for the app to use the mic, right? Also check each camera's settings to ensure the mic is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have a headset (with a mic) then try using that with the phone, and see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could alternatively try putting the phone up to your ear instead of using it as speakerphone, and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The speaker settings aren't relevant, it's the mic volume setting on the phone that might be the issue.&amp;nbsp; You can't set that in the phone UI (other than by going into speakerphone mode on the phone).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a PC with a mic that you could also test with?&amp;nbsp; It would help to confirm whether the issue is with the app or the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
