    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought this camera set a few months ago. The charge is supposed to last six months. I’m charging one camera every two weeks and it continually goes offline even though the internet connection is strong and uninterrupted. The other camera needs charging once a month. Any clues? Also, do I really need a subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location. Offline may mean a weak or poor quality signal between camera and hub or router. Yes, you need a subscription to have cloud recording unless your cameras are synced to a base or hub the have local recording enabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
