      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Arlo device appears offline" that's what it's telling me on my phone. I had spectrum here &amp;amp; I recieved new modem &amp;amp; router. I have a new user name &amp;amp; password. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The easiest thing to do is to change the new router's SSID and password to match the old one. That way it's seamless. Otherwise, you'll likely need to remove the camera from your account, reset the camera as below and set it back up again as if new:&lt;/P&gt;
