Question with Arlo Secure

We just purchased Arlo Secure for 12.99 per month. We have 3 devices - all being monitored. I would like my husband to be able to access the cameras too; however, when he logs in to view the cameras, I get kicked out on my phone.

Are we able to have two users with this plan?

He needs his own account. Then you can share the cameras with his account. Give him "access rights" when you do this.

Getting this set up isn't as easy as it should be (and Arlo made it harder a couple months ago)

I suggest setting this up on a PC. He'll click on the "create account" link in the email, and either log into his account (if already created), or create it on the PC. Then you should see that the invite is accepted in your account.

He should then get notifications, etc on his phone (using the arlo app with his credentials).

He might not see the videos though. If that's the case, there's another step needed. I suggest crossing that bridge when we come to it.
