does this camera offer continual virtual recording or is it just emotion? Also can you look at more than one camera at a time or is it just one of the time that you can monitor and look at

No. There are some Arlo cameras that do, but they need to be AC powered. Also, each CVR camera needs it's own subscription.

Yes. But livestreaming does time out after about 30 minutes (which helps protect battery life).
