Camera chimes but is never found

I get to the point where the camera chimes when it sees qr code and goes into looking for the camera and it never finds it. And it used to work until I took it down to charge it.

If you are using the app, then try on-boarding using a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).

You may also need to factory reset the camera if it was synced to your account previously.
