      <description>&lt;P&gt;It shocks me that you cannot use a desktop computer to view your cameras with any platform other than Safari.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; How can this be?&amp;nbsp; What is Arlo doing to not fix this?&amp;nbsp; I spoke with customer service about this and they suggested I review this link for software that will work.&amp;nbsp; Check out the massive red on this list.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://caniuse.com/hevc" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://caniuse.com/hevc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I cannot view on Chrome, when I push the play button to view, it just has a long delay then error.  In reaching out to Arlo customer service, they sent me the link I posted and told me I needed to find an browser that would.</description>

Try moving temporarily moving the camera closer to your base station/router and attempt to stream again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not a connection issue.&amp;nbsp; I can watch it on my phone's arlo app all day if I want.&amp;nbsp; I cannot view it from Chrome.&amp;nbsp; I get that error repetitively when I push the play button to see live time video.&amp;nbsp; Only a problem on my desktop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
