&lt;P&gt;I have Arlo Base station VMB4000. The base station is online because it there are three green lights that are on. I cannot connect to the base station. I also cannot connect to the security cameras, since I cannot connect to the base. The base is online, but I cannot connect it to the APP. This started on March 5th, 2023.&amp;nbsp; All of my products are not working at the moment. I wasted money, since I bought three new cameras November 28, 2022!&amp;nbsp;Please help or give me refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's plenty of them out there working or this place would be nothing but complaints.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WHat have you tried besides power cycling them (which isn't a reset)? What do you see when logging in and moving around the app? Any error messages? Have you tried the web client at my.arlo.com?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
