    <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased the Arlo essential spotlight camera.. it’s connected to wifi. But still shows all 3 cameras to be offline!!! My wifi shows good . Can someone point out what’s wrong ? Am I supposed to buy a plan before it’s activated or is it just junk ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; You should have been opted into the trial subscription automatically (and the cameras should be on-line even if they are in the subscription plan).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Were they ever on-line?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does moving one of the cameras close to the router make any difference?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried charging one of the cameras (since it will go off-line if the battery drains)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note you can access phone support using the subscription area of the app.&amp;nbsp; Don't google for a phone number, that will lead you to a scam support site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
