two cameras not recording to library.

Two of my cameras are recording to the library two are not. I have tried resetting everything. This issue just started recently. Before all my cameras were recording to the library. I have not changed any settings. Has me totally stumped. I have reset everything reloaded all cameras. only two of my cameras show up in the filter area for library two are missing.

These cameras require a subscription for cloud recordings. Have you verified that the trial hasn't expired or that they are listed in a paid subscription?

I have a usb in the base station. They should record to that but they are not?

What base station do you have?

Two models allow you to see USB recordings from the app (the VMB4540 and the VMB5000), the others do not support that. Those two models require you to set up direct access to local storage:
