    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo has apparently lost any memory of my monthly subscription. &amp;nbsp;Well, except the monthly charge of course. &amp;nbsp;Only recourse appears to be a credit card charge-back because there seems to be no way to contact a live agent without an account. &amp;nbsp;If not resolved soon I’m back in the Nest…..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never lost any access I was simply not listed as having a subscription so couldn’t speak to a live agent or open a trouble ticket. &amp;nbsp;All fixed the day after this post. &amp;nbsp;Well, my subscription reappeared and was able to open a ticket. &amp;nbsp;Still waiting on a response….&lt;/P&gt;</description>
