Essential XL VMC2032 camera could not be found

Arlo chat was zero help and would not let me speak to a live support person without paying for the service. I just bought the device. Too bad that doesn't come with!! Anyway, hope I can help someone else! I confirmed with my internet provider that I had the 2.4 MHZ required and I did but still it wasn't finding my camera. The instructions said hold down button for 2-3 seconds. Chances are, that was not long enough. Keep messing with camera and hold button down until you get a constant blue light blinking, not just once. Then mine finally connected. No thanks to Arlo support
