    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any chance there's a VPN in use someplace? If not, have you tried both the app and web client (my.arlo.com)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>VCM2030A offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open my app to arm cameras, all said offline. Have not been able to get online, tried factory reset, removed, tried to add back but gets caught in the "looking for Arlo device" and goes no further. Been on chat with a tech, but no success. Had a couple of power blinks during the hurricane, never lost power or internet. Cameras just installed late July. Cannot check battery status, as all I can see is that they are offline, but we all over 75% before. Charged 2 today for 4 hours, but have only dome the routine with one of them. Scared to try another and advised not to by tech. Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly how did you perform the reset? Did you also remove the various devices from your account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed the instructions from Arlo on troubleshooting. And I did remove the device. Tried to add back, once the reset was done and it will not get past the "looking for Arlo device" in the setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
