Does this model have 2 way sound? If so, I cannot get this working, is there anything I need to set up in the Android app?

Yes, sound is included and enabled by default.

Thank you for responding again to my post. I assume that I select the microphone icon in the Arlon app. and I can then speak 2 ways through my smartphone to the camera and vice versa? If this is how it should operate, I am receiving sound from the camera but no sound is going out to the camera. I have checked for basics such as volume enabled etc.

Is the app allowed to use the mic in the phone settings for the app?

Hi, I've enabled the smartphone for microphone for Arlon app and I am now getting 2 way sound. However the sound from the camera is very quiet, even with all of my phone sound settings at full.

The volume at the camera can be considered rather quiet and other than checking the Audio Settings in the camera settings there's nothing you can do unless the phone has a mic volume selection. The volume FROM the camera to the phone is controlled by the phone as well as the distance of the person speaking to the camera.
