Recordings gone

Have had the essential a couple of days now and it has worked great. But now the recordings are gone (history) and it does not save any new ones. It is on line and I can each live but no recordings are made. What could be wrong.

Check your camera is still in the Arlo Smart trial subscription in Settings > Subscription

The recordings came back after a bout 30 min. Strange

Did you have a filter set in the library? That could explain why they weren't showing up but are now.

Well I checked that to but that wasn’t the case. Strange thing but now it’s back. Thanks for the tip 😊
