    <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet went down and I have been unable to reconnect my Arlo with Wi-Fi. I am not connected to a base station, but I have been trying to connect with the 2.4 Wi-Fi on my router/modem. So far no luck pairing. Any suggestions? Will I be able to reconnect without a subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;turning off 5 ghz wifi temporily if your router lets you do that.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;do a factory reset on the camera (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera" target="_blank"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;)&amp;nbsp; and re-add the camera.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you specify Essential Spotlight when you re-add (just Essential won't work).&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you still have trouble using the app, switch to a PC/Mac (browsing to my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;
