Mount bracket loose

Hi. I bought an Arlo essential XL today and noticed that the lower screw mount on the camera is loose. when I put the wall bracket on, it is not stable. It also looks like it's not tight around the screw mount, which could affect the camera's ability to be waterproof. Has anyone had similar problems? I see there is a small screw on the camera mount, would it be any idea to tighten it? grateful for answers.

You should see a camera icon over the text box - that embeds the photo into the post. Note there is a delay before it is seen, as the mods need to review/approve embedded photos.

You should also see a paper clip icon below the text box, which can be used to attach the photo (but not embed it).

Either way, the photo should be jpg or png. If the extension is jpeg, you need to rename it to jpg.
