&lt;P&gt;Arlo does not charge for firmware updates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to use the support options in the app to contact support (unfortunately you need subscription to call them).&lt;/P&gt;
