If you're connecting the camera directly to your WiFi network, the QR code will show up on your mobile device during the onboarding process. Hold your mobile device in front of the camera allowing it to read the QR code and chime to proceed.

So the QR code is in the camera? My phone says looking for arlo camera but never comes up with anything

Are you connecting the camera directly to your router or a base station/SmartHub?

If you're connecting directly to your router, make sure your mobile device is connected to your 2.4GHz network, tap "Add New Device", select your camera model, select "connect without SmartHub, enter the SSID/Password for your network, press the sync button on the camera and then you should see the QR code pop up within the mobile app. You then scan the QR code on your mobile devices screen with your Arlo camera.
