      <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera has not been charging for a couple of weeks and I would like to exchange it as it is not a year old yet. I have tried working with terrible bot chat feature but it has been a complete waste of my time. How can I speak to a real person to obtain a RMA?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I have not tried another cable because the camera will charge but then it is totally dead again within a day or so. I think the battery is dead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
