      <title>CVR subscription Refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a CVR subscription and once I was charged i found out the CVR Subsciption did not support my Camera.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The next day I requested a refund.&amp;nbsp; I was denied as the said ".....we no longer offer refunds.&amp;nbsp; I had the service for 1 day and it didn't work - I should get a refund.&amp;nbsp; It's the principle of that Arlo is not being fair.&amp;nbsp; They just stopped communication with me.&amp;nbsp; I was told this was an honest company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I called my credit card company and asked for a “charge back”&lt;BR /&gt;I will be filing a complaint directly with the President of Arlo and ask if I should have been given a refund in as much as the CVR did not work with my Arlo cameras</description>
