    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a faulty camera. Can you see the camera getting an IP address in your router settings? It may help to remove and resync the camera. If you have a subscription (before removing the camera) you can use Settings, Support to get additional help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure it's not connecting as opposed to not recording to the cloud? The end of the 3 month trial doesn't disconnect the camera but does preclude the cloud recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
