No notifications, and no recording

This morning a delivery driver walked up to the property. No notifications, no recordings from my armed camera with Smart Notifications for People enabled. What gives?

Every environment is unique and can play a role in motion detection. Camera position, signal strength, interference can all impact how your camera behaves.

I made minor adjustments to sensitivity, and activity zones, and the device missed another delivery driver. But will catch someone mowing the lawn across the street. I don't understand.
