It will show live but doesn't record, any ideas why?
Certainly can't get ahold of anyone working for Arlo...

Are the cameras Armed?

Does the manual RECORD work?

Hello,

I am having the same problem with numerous cameras (all the same model).

They are:

- Within WiFi range and no interference

- Turned on

- Armed

- Fully powered (+solar panels)

- Respond to configuration changes

- Live works

- Manually recording works

- Automatic recording DOES NOT WORK unless they are reset - this happens almost daily.

I am finding that I have to reset these cameras almost every day and must constantly babysit them because they will just stop recording.

I paid way too much money for these cameras to be having this issue. There has to be a bug in the software that can be found and fixed. I am a very unhappy customer right now.

I am having the same issue can manually record but does not automatically record. Stopped in 1/28/22
