&lt;P&gt;What does the LED display when pressing the sync button? Have you tried to pair over the web portal as well?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Constant low battery alerts, This happened 10-17-21 and now the camera that was malfunctioning will not sync and is basically useless. Its a year old. Please fix this Arlo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the led does what its supposed to .blue blinks&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; im unfamiliar with the web portal..i have 2 of these and the other connected no problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you removed the camera from the device settings? Can you try on &lt;A href="https://my.arlo.com/#/login" target="_blank"&gt;My Arlo.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;by navigating to the Devices tab &amp;gt; Scroll down &amp;gt; Add New Device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes. Removed tried to reconnect&lt;BR /&gt;It “connected” today only to have a spinning wheel and a message that says its offline.&lt;BR /&gt;At this point it has to be a defective camera. I will be trying to get a new one</description>
