They were selecting the wrong Essential camera since there are 3 selections. Also try on the web page my.arlo.com if you have not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i do everything it says to do to pair with my network. Barcode works fine and i go to next screen where it looks for the&amp;nbsp; camera. Nothing happens after the blue light goes to orange and&amp;nbsp; stops&amp;nbsp; working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The cameras only have 2.4 gHz wifi.&amp;nbsp; If the phone is connected at 5 gHz, there is sometimes and issue when discovering the camera.&amp;nbsp; Though despite the FAQs, it generally will work, especially when the network name is the same for both both bands.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, there are still cases where it is hard to on-board.&amp;nbsp; The easiest next step is to switch to a PC if you were using the app - though some Arlo devices can only be on-boarded with the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
