Arlo essential spotlight - recharged and now I cannot get them connected again

Hi, I charged my Arlos after it showed a decline in battery and now I cannot get them connected again. Should it not be as easy as unscrewing from the base, charging, and screwing back onto the base outside?

Normally it is. Did you let the battery drain all the way to 0?
