      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 new cameras&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I scanned them into my app no problem. After an hour 1 stopped working?offline&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it may need charging which i did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried to scan back into my app and the cameras blue light wont turn on at all now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This camera is brand new and I cannot contact support at all. Im not happy..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
