    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe check the app settings, and make sure it is enabled for cellular data.&amp;nbsp; With iOS that is controlled via the main settings app for the phone - you scroll down to the app in the list, and then select it.&amp;nbsp; There's a similar setting for Android, but I don't recall where it is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does it work on wifi ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;do you have a subscription on camera ? either way you should be able to live stream&lt;/P&gt;
