Arlo Essential Spotlight cannot find camera, flashes red LED

I am trying to connect and add my devices to the app - I scan the QR codes on both cameras than it goes through to the next screen when it is trying to find the cameras. When it is finding the cameras after about 20 seconds my cameras just flash red and I think they just turn off. Has anyone had this happen before and how to fix it ?

Any chance the batteries are low?

In addition to checking the batteries as mentioned above, also be sure you're entering the SSID/Password exactly as it appears for your network. Any errors in this information will result in the camera failing to sync.
