Essential cannot view Live feed on any web browser

I have tried Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. I cannot seem to find a way to view the live feed on a PC. I can watch the Library Videos, but not the live feed. I can view the live feed only on my iPhone app. Has anyone else had this issue?

Do you get an error message? Have you rebooted the computer and cleared the browser cache?

I have tried rebooting and clearing the cache multiple times. I have tried on different computers, one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 10. Both I get the error message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."

What Internet securoity software are you using? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem which seems to be a local one.
