I enter the new wi fi credentials and continue the usual way[QR code] and my cameras cant be found.

I go back and try again and the old network is still listed...cant find cameras with no connection .

Try to connect again...put in new starlink and password...goes round and around.

Did you remove the cameras from the account?

Assuming yes, then try using the hardware reset (hold down the pairing button until the camera LED flashes amber - about 15 sec).

If they are still in the account, then try setting up the Starlink wifi to use the same network name and password as your old network (generally the easiest thing to do when switching ISPs).

Then one option is to

remove them from the account

do the hardware reset by pressing the pairing button until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 sec)

reinstall them

Note if you already reset the cameras, this is the only option. You have to remove them from the account and reinstall them.

@Mick47 wrote:

I have used old TP LINK password as advised...makes no difference...cant find cameras

Why get an option to put in a new network if it doesn't recognise it?

Of course that would only work if the old wifi network were still up and running.

The change network feature can be useful - for instance, many people will set up wifi extenders to improve coverage, and those often use a different SSID. Another scenario is when people want to shift their cameras to an iOT wifi network (still keeping their main network up and running).

I saw that. But "not getting blue" is not the same as "stuck on amber". Usually folks saying that mean there is no LED lit. Do you actually mean the LED stays lit on Amber, and does not turn off?

I don't work for Arlo, and don't have any advice if the camera LED sticks on amber. One cause in their KB article is a low battery, but you have said you've fully charged them. That said, if the LED is stuck on amber, then you won't get a fully charged indication (since that is a solid blue LED).
