    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in "arm away" mode. I've looked through all the settings and they are the same as they've always been. Not sure why it suddenly stopped working. Normally, I would just reset the device, but this is a remote property and I'm 10 hours away. &amp;nbsp;By the way, thank you so much for trying to help me with this. It's much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Hoping someone can help. My camera suddenly stopped recording and sending me notifications but I can still see the live. Normally glitches like this resolve themselves within a day but it's been over 24 hours now. I've done all I can with troubleshooting including unload and reinstall the app and messed around with modes, etc. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. I use iOS. I watched the video that you linked and have already gone through all of those steps. To answer your first question, I have two cameras. One, which we're talking about, is the one I'm able to see the live stream but I'm not getting notifications. The other is off-line (this happened at the same time as the issue with the other camera started). There's no picture and has a red icon with an exclamation mark in the center of the screen where the love livestream normally is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The camera that is offline will more then likely need reset, that camera is not on a subscription plan. However, the other camera does appear to be online. Let's try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and see if that makes a difference at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It brought the unsubscribed camera back to life and I guess I'll have to wait for some motion to see if the other issue is resolved but I have a good feeling about it.
