Hi, my camera is showing green lines and you can't see anything thru them. I have factor resetted twice but no change. What can I do?

I suspect the sensor is bad since the reset did nothing. If it's still within warranty, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see if official support will replace it. If it's out of warranty, you'll need to buy another camera.

Are these always present? If they are, then you'll need to replace the camera.
