    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a gen 3 new camera set up as my primary camera. I also have a gen2 essential xl that I want to use as secondary. Went thru the setup process fine but got error when tried to name camera. Just wouldn’t accept any name. Now camera is offline. What is next step??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of things that may help:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) reboot the phone and reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) reset the new camera using this process:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
