How to transfer subscription

I had an Arlo camera that no longer works or I had a subscription. So I bought an Arlo camera the same, I was entitled to 3 months of free trial, and at the same time I continued to pay for the other subscription without realizing it when the camera was no longer used because I no longer walk

Today impossible to change the subscription and put it on the new camera, and I can't subscribe to a subscription with my new camera either

How can I do it?

If you have a single-camera subscription for the old camera, then you cannot transfer it. You'd have to cancel it, and then re-subscribe for the new camera when the trial runs out.

What happened to the old camera?
