My cameras are sending Person or Vehical alerts when it is only motion of tree branches! Also, I haven't been able to log into The Arlo Web Portal with my Chrome Book in a couple of weeks, now! Whay's going on

You can donate the videos so the team can try to tune the AI better. You can also consider repositioning the cameras to eliminate the tree branches from view and/or reduce motion sensitivity while still maintaining the coverage you need.

As for logging in on a Chromebook, it's working fine here. What happens when you try? Are you using my.arlo.com to log in?

It turned out to be a small wind chime that was triggering the camera when a slight breeze blew and the Arlo App labeled tbe motion or person! I did send some of the videos to Arlo. I. have been waiting on the App to improve for years and it just seems to get worse!

Just want to clarify this. The Arlo AI is looking at the entire field of view when it classifies. So there might be something else in the camera view that it is misclassifying.
