Promo Code Not Working - 15% off new member discount and buy one get one free

The website provided me a 15% new customer discount and when applying the code in the cart at checkout, it says “not applied”.

Also when adding the Essential camera it says “Buy one, get one FREE! Add (2) 1 Camera Kits to cart to see discount.” But nothing shows up in the cart.

How do I get both promos to be added to the cart during checkout?

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
