      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a multi camera subscription back in February 2024. I’ve tried to add new cameras and not been able to add more than two when I purchased the subscription. It was on the basis that there would be support plus the ability to add more cameras and yet the function is defunct. I’ve tried everything Email website and frequently ask questions and now I’ve resulted in cancelling my subscription to try and re-purchase it from scratch and the site won’t let you do that either. Does anybody have any suggestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;
