      <title>VMC2330 - Unable to Subscribe to Smart Plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying for over a month now to subscribe to 3 camera plan.&amp;nbsp; I go though the motions of putting my details in , payment details and click update payment, and nothing happens go back and it still shows me as having no smart plans.&amp;nbsp; I have been on to Arlo Support through who give a number to ring, then opted to be called back which never ha[ppened.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No not getting an error message.&amp;nbsp; When I choose a subscription plan I am asked for my details, enter all the relevant details and click Update Payment Details nothing happens, there is no confirmation, the window doesn't close or anything.&amp;nbsp; My only choice is click back and where I have to go through it all over again.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if I am missing something, I tried different&amp;nbsp; browsers and cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had logged a ticket on&amp;nbsp; 42365260&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony&lt;/P&gt;</description>
