Using Arlo in Jersey Channel Islands

Hi, I am resident in Jersey Channel Islands. Bought the Essential 2nd Gen and they could not be found on my phone after downloading the app. Now have the Essential Spotlight and working on the app but cannot subscribe for Arlo secure for the recorded videos only have the live feed. Any ideas please. Thank you.

There's a similar issue with US territories (for example, Puerto Rico).

You either need to create an account in the UK, or use a VPN that terminates there when you create the account. You'll probably also need a UK payment method.

All you need to do there is create the account. Then you will be able to add the cameras when you get home (no VPN needed).
