    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue. When I put in the 16 digit Arlo secure number I received on my receipt to connect it to my account is says that number is invalid. How do I have a secure subscription starting yesterday when I can’t connect it to my account or get a hole of anyone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just renewed a subscription that pulled up on my phone.&amp;nbsp; It is not showing up on my account.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to start a chat.&amp;nbsp; Apparently I am not entitled to support.&amp;nbsp; I have looked for an email or phone number.&amp;nbsp; There are none.&amp;nbsp; HITH am I supposed to contact these idiots to discuss this?&amp;nbsp; This is pretty weak.&amp;nbsp; I really don't want to have to call my bank to dispute charges on my card.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know any secrets?&amp;nbsp; I have honestly never heard of a company that you can not contact.&amp;nbsp; Pretty weak!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
