      <title>Vmc2030 disconnect and battery issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since this summer, camera has been disconnecting. It goes offline,but comes back again,being only able to see battery status. It shows massive drainage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A reset fixes the problem. The problem has also resolved itself after several days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now the camera is again disconnected. When it comes online and I tryto activate video, it goes offline and the spotlight turns on. That's what is draining the battery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have opened a case nr&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;00651484.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My other 3 cameras do not show this behaviour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried swapping the camera with one of the other three?&amp;nbsp; Then see if the issue moves with the camera [or not].&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The camera in question is 4m from the router. It was installed in september 2023 and has not had this behaviour until this summer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that there is a wifi connection, as battery status is reported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! After firmware update, issues still exist. It still fails to give video, but I can restart it from app, and if I am lucky, I get video for a while. It is not suitable for surveillance that way .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
