    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's better to proactively charge the batteries rather than letting them run flat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's an FAQ that may (or may not) help - it's for old cameras but could be useful. The main thing is to plug in and unplug AC power several times to get enough charge into the battery to allow it to charge properly:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I let my Arlo essential battery drain completely and now it won’t charge. It says won’t charge because temp is to low. It’s summer. I tried removing device and &amp;nbsp;reconnect but now the blue light does not flash after holding button down to connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
