      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently my Arlo Essential Spotlight removed itself from my account, I can no longer see the device on my account and I am not able to factory reset it or resync it. It is fully charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lights:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plugged in to charged: Will slow blink blue for about 2 minutes before fast blinking amber for 2 - 3 seconds then going to a solid blue. Pressing the sync button does not work whilst it's plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplugged: I will hold down the sync button and it will blink blue once then stop blinking. Holding down the sync button for longer than 2 - 3 seconds (around 15 - 30 seconds) to attempt to factory reset it does nothing. It will blink blue once then nothing after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone got any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
