I upgraded toothed latest platform and yesterday afternoon my cameras stopped recording I've checked the subscription and that's all up to date but I have no recordings at all

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming a camera?

Yes you can you just have no notifications of any motions or recordings it was working up until 3pm yesterday then just stopped

Have you checked that the cameras are still armed?

Ixfound that under Standby ther was no rules added them now and it's working great again

Yeah i've had 3 different clients click standby and they didn't realize this. So glad everything is working well again.
