&lt;P&gt;It is important that you hold down the sync button long enough to see the LED behavior mentioned in the article above. After the reset is complete, attempt to re-onboard the camera to your account as if it were new.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Essential XL with spotlight needed a charge. Now, after plugging in overnight, it will not activate. about every 5 seconds, I hear a click and the infrared lights blink. Tried holding the sync button down to reset but not working. Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
